What is Social Injustice?

Many of you yesterday gave slavery as your example of Social Injustice.  Based on the game and discussion yesterday, and knowing that the Holocaust and Slavery are excellent examples, define the phrase "Social Injustice"  - IN YOUR OWN WORDS. The definition needs to be at least 9 words long.
